TophatTopher@TophatTopherReply6 days agoIt will be included with the new OTC Disclosure data that $MVCO just received. OTC filing Tickers will show in the Catalyst feed when we launch.
Now with getting permission to access $OTCM Disclosure API, what features do y'all want to see for OTC Squawk that you will be using often for your trades/investments?
This is exciting! The fact we will start seeing info related with $OTCM means partnership may be in the works, if not a transfer into a modern use of the OTC Markets name.
cryanschadel@cryanschadel7 days agoLadies and gentlemen of the #OTC. Today, $MVCO has been granted access to the OTCM Disclosure API. This access was granted after providing a detailed overview of our immediate product plans. The best features in the OTC Squawk pipeline are gated behind various data streams. Many are cheap and easy to get but the best insight is going to come from data thats hard to get and extrapolate. This particular data is the minimum needed to start testing dozens of features that will give Squawkers (is that actually what we're calling users? @TophatTopher) an enormous edge in finding opportunities. I have to talk about the elephant in the room though. The matrix kinda shit I really want to build for features is gated by daily active user count (actually its gated by money, but if we have the users, Im confident I can get the capital). More users=more data unlocks. More data unlocks=more early alpha. This doesnt even speak to the flywheel that starts spinning behind the scenes, but hopefully it highlights why its important to build this platform with a grass roots foundation. Apply to be an ambassador. Tell a friend that you know is an OTC trader. Share your best trade ideas here. Give regular feedback and contribute feature ideas. We can literally build just about anything you can think of and we will get access to all the data in the world when we reach critical mass in DAUs. Over the next 12-18 months capital is going to start flowing to the OTC. It wont be 2021, but it will be multiples of what we have now. This is our time.
@OTCSquawk i think it would be cool to have a header as to how many OTC investors/traders are on SQUAWK, have that beside total OTC market volume, daily $OTCM market value, total losses on the day vs total gains on the day ! 🦜 if it’s even possible. Just another 💡
