    This is all hypothetical of course but in most scenarios would end up holding a majority position, at least for some peroid of time and its ownership % would drop as the SpinCo raises additional capital for growth and of course we would look to sell some shares along the way Im sure, to let MVCO monetize its investment in SpinCo.
