$TXTM - I list here in a graphic the bull points looking forward.
Voluntarily Edgar filings - No reverse split - Never diluted under 4 year ownership - practically no debts - no notes - half a billion in assets grown from $0
Chairmen buying since 2024 while during CE (Up to 775 million shares filed under form 4)
Chairmen $1 salary
Confirmed in filings 2022/2023 IFRS audits finished (2024/2025 being done now)
Skeptics will say why not release it? As bulls we believe they will drop a package of news. $TXTM will not stairstep up but rather our thesis is it will gap up in a Re-Rate
The thesis is they will drop the deloitte valuation report including the audits all at once with a uplist notification to a bigger stock exchange
Current $600m in assets under GAAP accounting standards is under valueing the assets. UNDER IFRS they may use fair market value in which case the assets on the books already worth $600m may convert up to $20 billion plus
this is before accounting for any revenues.
You do not need to buy or believe me, but please follow the stock, see how the company has never harmed the share holders since taking over since 2022 (Where most companies by now would have been diluted or drowning in debts)
Most traders will look at the chart and say "its doing bad" probably, but we are here for the news drop, the IFRS / uplist news which would re-rate the stock, not a 1 penny gap up for a quick flip.
From that standpoint they been aggressively building the foundation
Hoping to see uplist in late 2026 or early 2027 -
