Overview
LazyDaze + Coffeeshop is the flagship consumer brand under MEDH (operating toward rebrand as Dazed Inc.). It combines cannabis retail, infused beverages/products, and a counterculture coffee shop experience (often described as "Amsterdam-style" social consumption lounges with coffee, cannabis, and community vibe).
The brand already operates an existing location in South Austin, Texas (5330 Menchaca Rd), which serves as the proof-of-concept.
Current Expansion Details

Three New Company/Franchise Locations scheduled for June 2026 grand openings:
San Marcos, Texas — College-town market targeting students and young adults (soft opening targeted earlier in some updates).
Houston, Texas — Major metro expansion, located near MEOW WOLF immersive art experience for experiential retail synergy.
Baltimore, Maryland — Entry into the Mid-Atlantic market, capitalizing on maturing cannabis regulations.
This follows earlier franchise signings (five new deals announced in late 2025) and builds on post-Schedule III cannabis rescheduling momentum.
