$VASO just sold a subsidiary that had made an operating loss every year for the past 10 years for $14.5mm. That is in addition to their current cash balance of $38mm. Their other subsidiaries earn something like like $9mm/yr in free cash flow
That is against a market cap of $33.5mm. They will probably owe a little bit of taxes on the transaction but it's now trading for something like 70% of cash and a low single digit multiple of free cash flow.
