CEO updated yesterday. The definitive agreements will be signed by the 1st of August and everything should be completed around the 10th of August.
Stock still ~$0.03 vs $0.13 deal price. If a definitive agreement + 10-day close were real, arbs would be on it and you'd see $0.09-$0.11 easily.
The hope is that this starts to move. The reality is there is still doubt.
