So the thing about $LNTO that bugs me is the fact they havent filed a supplemental with the reverse merger and change of control. They are doing PRs about a r/m that they havent properly disclosed. Asking for trouble w/ OTCM and potentially the SEC. Aside from that, this Airtopia deal looks interesting enough. Would like to understand how they plan to finance all this expansion. Still researching.
