$EMBR feels like it's ready to rock. Is this the next #otcset to trigger? Chart, DD and chatter all seem to be lining up atm. It's very thin here but that's a double edged sword. A little volume goes a long way but no real moves happen without actual liquidity, so I'd rather see a stacked ask vs too thin of one in cases like this.
