👀 Watching $CVAT this week. Here's why and why I'm careful.

Back in March, a company from Europe (EGS) said it wants to buy CVAT for about $0.13 a share. The stock trades around $0.03 right now. That's a big gap.

The deal offer expires Saturday, August 1. So something has to happen this week.

The CEO just posted that he's meeting EGS to "finalize the details" and that "updates are coming next week."

Sounds exciting, right? Here's what I notice:

⚠️ "Finalizing" is not "signed." He's been saying some version of this since April.

⚠️ No signed deal has been filed with the SEC. Big news shows up in filings, not just tweets.

⚠️ "Updates next week" could mean a signed deal or it could just mean they moved the deadline again.

So the news this week could be great, could be a delay, or could be nothing at all. The price gap tells you the market has doubts too.

Do I want it to pop? Heck yeah. I need to get this one off my books🤣
