$AMFN "Words have meaning"

The plan is in place you just have to see it

$AMFN just showed us their roadmap. Not in one announcement but in the paperwork. Here's the timeline as I see it ๐Ÿงต

What the filings tell me:

โœ… DONE: OTCQB application- everything complete except one final approval (Form 211). That could clear any day.

โœ… DONE: Hired securities lawyers (Lucosky Brookman), the firm you hire to run uplists and stock restructurings. You don't pay lawyers for a plan you're not executing.

โœ… DONE: Two contracts in the last month pay people in stock priced AFTER a โžก๏ธ "restructuring event" (their words) defined as a reverse split or recapitalization. They keep writing paperwork around an event they haven't announced.

๐Ÿ“ NAMED: The exchange. They flat-out said they're evaluating the new Texas Stock Exchange which opens corporate transfers Q4 2026 and IPOs in 2027. (In my opinion the restructuring event would take place in this quarter)

So the sequence I see: 211 clears โ†’ OTCQB โ†’ test results โ†’ restructuring โ†’ exchange move โ†’ big money raise. Roughly now through early 2027.

What's still MISSING: the test data. The video promised for "next week" on July 31 is now a week late. The technical report - nothing yet.

Here's my honest test for this whole story: the DATA needs to come before the RESTRUCTURING. If they show real measurements first, everything above is a company executing a plan. ๐Ÿค” BUT..If they restructure the stock before showing the data then that tells you what the plan really was.

Watching one thing.

Everyone else is watching the price.

*I still see this as a massive play.
