What stands out to ME about $AMFN's recent moves 🧵

I'm not looking at the titles. I'm looking at what each person is FOR.

Aug 3: Dr. D'Amico. Fresh PhD from Texas Tech, the same lab where the engine is being tested. His specialty? MEASURING fusion reactions. Particle tracks. Radiation detection. I don't think you bring in the measurement guy unless you plan to publish real numbers.

Aug 10: John Gerdin. 30 years of international finance. Zurich portfolio advisor. Swiss and Liechtenstein banking relationships. Networks across Europe and Asia. He joined the BOARD, not just the advisor bench. To me, that's a company getting ready to raise money overseas.

Aug 12: Niclas von Schantz. Brand strategist who spent 5 years with Vattenfal, one of Europe's biggest energy companies, plus Caterpillar and industrial B2B work across 50+ markets. That's someone you hire to SELL complicated machines in Europe.

Now stack the earlier hires on top:

• CFO (March): 30 years at KPMG, then ran the money at Budapest Airport — a 1.5 BILLION euro operation

• CRO (July): hired to build a Power-as-a-Service model, in my opinion they want to OWN the engines and sell the electricity, like a utility

Almost every single hire is international. I don't think that's an accident. I think they're building a team to raise money and do business globally, not just here. And with their uplist application in final review, the pieces fit a bigger plan: better market tier, international money, European customers.

But here's my honest flag, same one I always give:

They promised a test video "next week" back on July 31. It's Aug 12. I'm still waiting. Three hire announcements since then but zero test data. Hires build the stage. They don't prove the machine works. Only the data does that.

A great team with no data is still a bet. Data with a great team behind it? That's a story. I'm watching for one headline and one headline only.
