And Another One $AMFN
$AMFN has hired one person per every major money center on Earth
$AMFN dropped ANOTHER one this morning. So here's my updated timeline. Same method: read the paperwork, not the hype ๐งต
โ DONE: OTCQB application with one final approval (Form 211) left. Company keeps calling it their "first objective." That's the next headline.
โ DONE: Hired Lucosky Brookman, the #1 law firm in the country for small-cap PIPE deals and uplists. Their job description literally includes writing a NEW registration statement. That's how you file to raise big money.
โ DONE: Two contracts pay people in stock priced AFTER a "restructuring event" their words for a reverse split OR recap.
Still not announced but still all over the paperwork.
๐ NEW: The world map is complete.
โข *Zurich* โ John Gerdin (board, Aug 10)
โข *Frankfurt* โ dual listing advisors already hired
โข *Hong Kong* โ Samson Lee (board, TODAY) โ 25 years Asian capital markets, prior NYSE American board seat, tokenization expert
**One hire per major money center. That's not a coincidence. That's a plan.**
๐ VENUE: Nasdaq OR the new Texas Stock Exchange โ both doors open. TXSE opens transfers Q4 2026.
In my opinion the sequence is:
211 clears โ OTCQB โ test data โ reverse split โ exchange listing + big raise โ international expansion. Roughly now through Q1 2027.
I believe the R/S is coming around between Q4 and Q1 but not before a major run happens.
What's STILL missing: the video promised "next week" on July 31 is now 17 days late. Technical report? Six press releases about lawyers, boards, and exchanges since then โ zero about the engine.
My test hasn't changed: DATA before RESTRUCTURING. Show the measurements first, and everything above is a company executing a plan. Restructure the stock before showing the data and the order tells you what the plan really was.
The stage is fully built. Still waiting on the show.
