$WPUR is yet another example of the OTCSET pattern which is well on it's way to getting back to it's 2021 era highs. I don't know how long it will take for this one or the others to get back there, break their respective ceiling and then eventually embark on fresh uptrends/bull markets above their old ceilings, but given enough time I think the list of OTCs which will accomplish this will be way higher than anything almost anyone out there was suspecting would happen.
