Due Diligence$LTNC

$LTNC Could Become a Leading Consumer Beverage Platform and this is why.

$LTNC is transforming from a legacy business into a focused consumer beverage company.

$LTNC is no longer operating as a traditional staffing company. The business has shifted its focus to the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry and is building a portfolio of beverage and wellness brands. Through product development, third-party manufacturing, brand building, and distribution, the company aims to capitalize on the growing demand for functional beverages and ready to drink products.

A major catalyst is the company's rebranding to Kultura Brands, Inc. which has already been approved by the State of Wyoming. The remaining step is FINRA approval for the official name and ticker symbol change. This rebranding reflects management's transition toward becoming a dedicated consumer brand platform.

The company also plans to expand through strategic acquisitions and organic brand development. If management executes successfully, $LTNC could benefit from increased retail distribution, stronger brand recognition, and revenue growth across wholesale and direct to consumer channels.

regardless, there are risk attached.

OTC stocks are highly speculative and volatile of which Success depends on management's ability to execute its growth strategy.

Competition in the beverage industry is intense, revenue growth and profitability are not guaranteed.

I will have a Change of Mind and become less bullish if the $LTNC company fails to complete its rebranding, cannot grow sales after expanding its product portfolio, or continues to dilute shareholders without delivering meaningful business growth.
