$PWDY Q2 2026 10-Q – Constructive Takeaways

A few under-the-radar positives stood out:

• Gross margins improved dramatically

Q2 gross profit came in at $95k (≈37% margin) vs only $12k (≈3.6% margin) in Q2 2025. Better cost control and the absence of prior-year one-time inventory hits drove the swing.

• Cash rose to $72.7k (from $47.4k at year-end)

Despite ongoing losses, the cash balance moved higher.

• Management stated they expect CM Tech revenues to increase through the end of 2026

They also noted they retained and added key personnel after the founder’s passing specifically to stabilize and grow the business.

• The most problematic convertible note (1800 Diagonal) was fully converted and extinguished by mid-May

That overhang is now gone.

• The $10M GHS equity line is live

The related S-1 was declared effective August 3. As of June 30 it had not yet been drawn, so it currently sits as available capital rather than active dilution.

• Working capital deficit and stockholders’ deficit both narrowed slightly vs year-end.

No litigation. Disclosure and internal controls reported as effective.Overall the headline numbers still show lower revenue and continued losses, but the margin recovery, forward revenue commentary, cleaned-up note, and now-available equity facility are the more constructive elements in the filing.

The chart appears to be reflecting a company that has spent years in a niche semiconductor-motor business and is now showing early signs of operational progress and better capital access—the classic setup where a long base begins to resolve higher.
