Opening look at the #OTC sub-penny tape:
$195K traded in the first half hour across 146 stocks, running 7% behind Monday at the same point. Breadth is soft out of the gate at +11 up, 20 down.
The money is finding a few names though. $CBDW is trading 16x its normal volume and up 20%. $CDSG woke up with $10K after 10 silent sessions, +55%. $GNIS leads on dollars at $22K, up 18%.
Monday closed at the weakest activity reading we have tracked. Watching whether buyers show up today.
