📢 Shareholder Update

We know many of you have questions on timing — here's where things stand:

✅ *Change of Control Addendum*: Currently under review with OTC Markets. We anticipate the yield flag being addressed/removed this week pending their final review.

✅ *Dividend Processing*: The transfer agent is actively processing the dividend distribution. To be clear — this is an independent, third-party process. It is not being held up by, or waiting on, our CEO or management team.

✅ *Veterans Housing Initiative*: Once dividend processing is complete, we will move forward with announcing specific properties for our veterans housing initiative. This remains a top priority for the company.

✅ *Q2 Filing*: This week's Q2 filing will confirm a clean balance sheet — no legacy debt, no toxic notes.

A final note: leadership changes take time, and some of what’s being asked of this team predates our involvement. We were brought in to fix problems — not to absorb blame for legacy failures we didn’t create. We’re focused on execution and we’ll keep communicating transparently as milestones hit.
