Yes, it seems Javi slapped GTVH holders 2x with this move with the first being M3 was somehow able to trade their dividends without any other shareholder having access tp theirs.

Maybe the control block of shares don't actually go to them until after the dividends are issued to everyone else. Just thinking outside the box.
